By contributing to Pop Pixie, you agree to the following:

  1. You will not include any form of AI-generated content (including text, images and sounds) in assets contributed to Pop Pixie that will appear in the game. (Use of AI assistance for writing code is strongly discouraged, but not prohibited since it does not appear in the game. If you use AI to write code, you are expected to read and fully understand the purpose and effect of every line.)
  2. You retain the copyright to any discrete assets that you contribute. (This does not include changes to existing code files or assets.)
  3. You agree to license your contributions under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License, credited as "Copyright © Anderbell Studios".
  4. For certain types of asset listed under Pop Pixie's LICENSE.md file (code, Unity files, etc.), you agree to license your contributions under the MIT License, credited as "Copyright © Anderbell Studios".
  5. For significant contributions, you may request for your name or a pseudonym to be added to the in-game credits.

Updated on 27 May 2026 to clarify that AI-generated content must not be used in Pop Pixie.
